    Check out satellite mode on that google map on the vancouver trail reviews page. It looks like elfin lakes is on the side of a snowy mountain.....its weird

    the satellite scan of the area was done in the Winter..... from what i can gather Elfin Lakes is actually more popular in the winter..... I have been feeling better about these 11 KM for the group the more i am actually researching...
