Tick tock
Hello all,
Wow like a week from today will be June- crazy
Which means we are like 2 months away.... We are 8 weeks away(that sounds closer)
So if we are going to do this we need to start some dialog
So you all need to think about this and get commenting, few questions to consider:
•what do I want out of this trip?
•what has been my fav memory of all the trips?
•what kinda shape I am in? What am I prepared for?
•am I able to go?
•where do we go next?
•am I a liability to the others? J/k
So ask yourself these questions and let get crack'n and commenting
What's it going to be? Jumbo 2012? Monashee 2012? Boucherie 2012?
I'll put it out there right now - every year I put more and more on my plate... Or is that more kids and less on my plate? Either way, I have a rediculus list of things in front of me before the trip... I will not be able to do alot of the planning/organizing - I do feel I can be an asset to a limited means, but none the less still willing to put in for a share of the work.
Thank you morty for stepping up last year, things never go as plan ;) I think we all still had a blast so thanks again!

Give me some credit. I totally planned for us to drive 50k out of the way to a spot i never researched. Boucherie sound like another Arbor camping trip, with a short stroll thrown in the mix. Personally, i'd like to tackle Kokanee again (got a grudge with that hill!). but i'm good for wherever.

Well since my stupid account won't let me respond I had to hijack Ainsley's....not like he uses it anyway :) Since I am back to job hunting (good times) I have no idea what my schedule is going to be like but we are still planing, or trying to plan, on going this year. Last year we wanted to take a break in order to get away for a personal weekend (which didn't pan out anyway) so we really want to go this year. I have no preference as to where though. Unfortunately at this point the only question I can answer is "Am I am liability to the others?" Well, aren't I always ;) I'll have to get back to you on the other questions. (Angela)

ReplyDeleteAll time favorite trip, I think was abbot ridge.... All around good time.... Although the thunder storm at base of valhallas was memorable...
I'm in decent shape- good as anytime I soppose. I can go.... B tough but can. Already have to go to the kootaneys twice in the couple weeks after(reunion + wedding week after) where next? I reserve the right to hold off on my suggestions till everyone chimes in.... Am I liability? Yes I keep bringing you guys to areas your. Not ready for ;)
